I will evaluate your situation and see if the company meets the conditions for declaring bankruptcy. I am analysing the possible consequences if bankruptcy proceedings are initiated against the company. I will provide advice on filing a bankruptcy petition and accompanying documentation. In the course of bankruptcy, I supervise compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

As a part of prevention, I analyse threatening bankruptcy situations and the consequences for the company or collaborate with experts from other industries in developing measures to deal with threatening bankruptcy.

Creditors

I represent creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring, I provide legal assistance in lodging claims and asserting other claims as well. I communicate with the bankruptcy trustee or restructuring trustee, I represent creditors at creditors’ meetings and creditors’ committees. I apply incidental claims in favour of creditors against bankruptcy or restructuring trustees.

Debtors

I represent debtors in bankruptcy, including claims asserted against them by the bankruptcy trustee or creditors. I identify the risks associated with objectionable legal actions and claims made by the trustee or creditor. I negotiate with the trustee or creditor for the possibility of an out-of-court settlement and represent in court proceedings.

As a bankruptcy trustee, I also cooperate with experts from accounting or other fields in the preparation of a restructuring assessment for the purpose of determining whether the prerequisites for the restructuring of your company are met.

Liquidation of companies

I am reviewing information and documents of the company for the purposes of liquidation. I prepare the documents for the entry of the company into liquidation.

I have many years of experience as a liquidator in companies, including the operative part in the operation of the company until its termination and the satisfaction of creditors.
