Contracts with partners

In engineering business, well-prepared and checked contracts are primarily important, whether it is a purchase or sale contract for a machine, a contract for work, a contract for the supply of machines or a service contract.

I provide legal support in the preparation of contracts or solving current problems with the delivery time of the machine, its transport or payment terms, including financing.

I make sure that the contract is in accordance with Slovak law and protects you as a client as much as possible and at the same time enables an agreement with the other party, which is your customer or supplier of the machine.

Operation of machines

The operation of the machine should be fault-free and your worries should only be about securing enough orders or its maintenance. In case of machine malfunctions, I apply your claims, including defects to the delivered machine and also manufacturing defects or its actual execution against the manufacturer or supplier of the machine.

I check and harmonize the export and delivery requirements for the machine with Slovak law, including protection and safety at work, legal support in obtaining the necessary permits for the import and operation of machines.

For machine servicing, I prepare and check service contracts, including warranty services, and ensure the recovery of claims from non-paying customers. Legal assistance also includes the application of support in case of breakdowns and defects of machines after warranty and post-warranty service.

I coordinate the operation of machines with regulations on environmental protection, advice on questions of the waste law, on water law or other laws related to environmental protection for the operation, sale or purchase of machinery.

Debt collection and disputes representation

I represent you in the recovery of claims from your business partners, regardless of whether they are outstanding invoices or other claims, including claims for damages. I continuously monitor debtors in case of claims in bankruptcy.

In case of disputes with business partners, I always prefer out-of-court agreements. If this is not possible, I represent you in court and arbitration proceedings, I prepare documents for such proceedings, including consultations with experts in individual fields of mechanical engineering, experts or other professionals.

Intellectual property protection

I ensure the protection of intellectual property rights, especially including the protection of patents, industrial designs, trademarks or know-how. Preparation of necessary license agreements.
