I assist with the preparation and revision of your contracts, or checking draft contracts, orders or business terms from your business partners. I point out the possible risks resulting from the conclusion of such contracts.

Crisis situations

I advise in case of crisis situations such as employee accident, damage event in the company. I analyse the legal consequences of such events and give advice on proposals for the next course of action, i.e. to whom you should report such events, how to communicate with clients and injured parties, how to further proceed against the person who caused such an event, including out-of-court negotiations, pre-suit calls, filing of lawsuits.

Labour law under control

I provide legal assistance on labour law issues, occupational and health safety (OHS), including specifics in the areas of your business. I represent in case of disputes with employees, e.g. from the invalidity of termination of the employment relationship, liability for damage, etc.

Disputes and claims

I prepare responses to calls from business partners that may have negative legal consequences. I provide court filings for debt collection or defence, such as filing an objection to a payment order or statement or appeal in court proceedings.

Controls by state authorities and risks of fines

Has a state body contacted you and wants to make an inspection at your business? How to communicate with them? What cooperation to provide? What will be the consequences if we do not cooperate? What is our position vis-à-vis the state body that came to inspect? What fines or sanctions do we face if we have actually violated something? How can we defend ourselves against the procedure or decision of the authority that carried out the inspection? 

Training courses

I will provide assistance in training employees for the relevant departments of your company so that you can do business without problems (for example, on topics such as checking the solvency of business partners, which payment instruments to choose in order to get your money, what to check in contracts).
